2. CSAJ:Help Our Community! Project

Rules

1. Each essay must be:
(a) original,
(b) written in either Khmer or English,
(c) 3-5 pages (A4 size), and
(d) submitted by July 1, 2008.

2. Each participant can submit only one essay.
3. Each essay must be accompanied my a short summary no longer than one page.
4. Each Essay must include the name, age, contact address and phone number of the author on the top of the first page.
5. CSAJ committee reserves the right to publish the winning essays.

Jury

1- Ten best essays will be viewed and chosen by the CSAJ Committee in Japan.
2- Three winning essays will be chosen from the ten essays by a final jury in Phnom Penh on August 30, 2008.

Deadline: July 1, 2008
Schedule
Jul 1,2008 - Deadline for submissions
Jul 30,2008 - Finalists announced
Aug 30,2008 - Final Jury in Phnom Penh*
Aug 30,2008 - Awarding ceremony

*The Cambodian Student Association in Japan will pay for domestic transportation and accommodation costs for finalists living in the areas outside of Phnom Penh.
