3. Essay Competition 2008

Rules

 1. Each essay must be:
(a) original and individual essay,
(b) written in either Khmer or English,
(c) between 3-5 pages (A4 size),
(d) include short summary on the first page,
(e) include name, age, contact address/number.
2. Each participant can submit only one essay.
3. CSAJ reserves the right to publish the nominated essays.

Jury
  1. Ten best essays will be viewed and chosen by the CSAJ Committee in Japan.

  2. Three winning essays will be chosen from the ten essays by a final jury in Phnom Penh on August 30, 2009.

Deadline: July 1, 2009
Schedule
Jul 1,2009 - Deadline for submissions
Jul 30,2009 - Finalists announced
Aug 30,2009 - Final Jury in Phnom Penh*
Aug 30,2009 - Awarding ceremony

*The Cambodian Students Association in Japan will pay for domestic transportation and accommodation costs for finalists living in the areas outside of Phnom Penh.
