Winners will receive:
1st place - $200 and winner medal,
2nd place - $150 and winner medal,
3rd place - $100 and winner medal.


Each finalist will receive a finalist certificate.
Schedule
Jul 1,2009 - Deadline for submissions
Jul 30,2009 - Finalists announced
Aug 30,2009 - Final Jury in Phnom Penh*
Aug 30,2009 - Awarding ceremony

*The Cambodian Students Association in Japan will pay for domestic transportation and accommodation costs for finalists living in the areas outside of Phnom Penh.
